Cooling Tray – Qty 1

A large 10” x 12.75” cooling tray that snaps on to the back

of the machine has been provided with your laminating

machine to help receive the laminated document and

minimize any waves to assure a flat laminated document

during the cooling process.

Cleaning Card - Qty. 1

The cleaning card is intended to be used after each session

of laminating and will help keep residue and adhesive

from getting the rollers and transferring to your laminated

documents. Simply run the cleaning card through the

machine on the hot setting in order to clean any adhesive

that may have exited the pouch and onto the laminating

machine rollers during the lamination process. By doing

this you will help maintain excellent results over the life

of the machine.

Tip Sheet – Qty. 1

A Tip Sheet was provided for use as a trouble shooting

guide should you not get the results intened or just have

general questions about laminating.

Thank you for your recent purchase of a GBC Pouch Laminator. Your new laminator may emit

a slight odor during the initial stage of operation. It is normal and will diminish after several

hours of operation.

Plateau de refroidissement - Quantité 1

Un grand plateau de refroidissement de 25,4 x 33,4 cm (10

x 12,75 pouces) qui se fixe au dos de l’appareil est fourni

avec l’appareil de plastification pour aider à récupérer le

document plastifié et pour maximiser les ondes afin de

s’assurer d’avoir un document laminé plat pendant le

processus de refroidissement.

Carte de nettoyage - Quantité 1

La carte de nettoyage est conçue pour être utilisée

après chaque session de plastification et empêchera les

résidus et la colle de se déposer sur les rouleaux et d’être

transférés sur les documents plastifiés. Faites passer la

carte de nettoyage dans l’appareil réglé au paramètre

chaud afin de nettoyer toute colle qui aurait pu s’échapper

de la pochette et se déposer sur les rouleaux de l’appareil

pendant le processus de plastification. Cette pratique

vous permettra d’avoir d’excellents résultats toute au long

de la durée de vie de l’appareil.

Fiche « Conseils » - Quantité 1

Une fiche « conseils » est incluse et qui tient lieu de

guide de dépannage au cas où vous n’obtenez pas les

résultats escomptés ou en cas de questions générales sur

la plastification.

La tarjeta de limpieza está diseñada para usarse después

de cada sesión de laminación y lo ayudará a evitar que el

residuo y el adhesivo queden en los rodillos y se transfieran a

sus documentos laminados. Simplemente pase la tarjeta de

limpieza a través de la máquina en el nivel de temperatura

caliente para limpiar cualquier adhesivo que pueda haberse

salido de la bolsa y haya quedado sobre los rodillos de la

máquina laminadora durante el proceso de laminación. Al

AGAINST INJURY, THE FOLLOWING BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

MUST BE OBSERVED IN THE SET-UP AND USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

General safeguards

• Use the unit only for its intended purposes of laminating documents.

• Do not place anything in the pouch entrance of the laminator other

than documents in pouches.

• Place unit on a secure, stable work area to prevent the unit from

falling and possibly causing personal injury and damage to the unit.

• Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the unit.

• The socket outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be

easily accessible.

• Do not block the vent slots, this will cause the laminator to overheat.

• Never insert the loose end of the pouch first into the machine. This

could cause the machine to jam.

• Never attempt to do single sided lamination. This will cause the machine

to jam.

• After laminating run a clean card through the machine to clean glue residue off

• Unplug the unit before moving it, or when it is not in use for an extended

period of time.

• Do not operate with a damaged supply cord or plug. Do not alter the

• Do not overload electrical outlets beyond their capacity; fire or electrical

shock could result.

• The unit is intended for indoor use only.

• Never push objects through the cabinet slots. Do not spill liquid of any

kind on this product.

• Close supervision is required when this product is used near children

Do not attempt to service or repair the pouch laminator yourself. Unplug the unit and contact

an authorized GBC service representative for any required repairs.
